Villa Casa Grande sits along the edge of the world’s most highly rated beach, the Grace Bay Beach of Turks and Caicos and offers up to fourteen guests a remarkably luxurious spot for an island getaway. While it is a centrally located property, sitting along the island’s northern coastal area and not far from Providenciales to the west, it is meant to serve as a destination on its own. This is because the six-bedroom gem is located right on the sands while offering every possible amenity and service.

Visitors will feel constantly drawn to the pool area with its infinity-edge pool gazing out at the landscape and beach beyond. Surrounded by native palms and plants, it looks out at one of the most picturesque views, but the pool terrace is a little world of its own to enjoy at all hours as well. It has sun decks and a fountain, and on stepped terraces are gazebos for dining and barbecue, more sun beds, and a few lounging spots. Because the villa is staffed with a chef and housekeeping team, every need is met, and all that is left for guests to do is savor the surroundings.

The interiors are as appealing as the al fresco spaces, and the use of terra cotta tiles, natural wood and stucco give this property a classic island appeal around every corner. There is a great room with high ceilings and oversized doors that ensure all of those sea breezes and the stunning scenery are enjoyed at all times. The open floor plan contains a living room, dining area, TV lounge and the open air kitchen. This opens to the verandah, as well, and is a gourmet’s delight. With the presence of the chef, however, it may never be necessary to step inside and get to work!

The six bedrooms are divided between the upper and lower floors, and each is like a master suite. There is a main floor master suite with a private terrace, king bed and premium entertainment system. The lower level master suite is of similar design with king bed and terrace. There is also a dual single suite, another two lower level king suites and a king bedroom with terrace access. All feature luxurious ensuite baths.
