Right on top of a cliff in the gorgeous Chalk Sound, Villa Seacliff offers a luxury villa experience with 180-degree views of the oceanfront. Guests can enjoy the sun and trade winds while standing on the shaded terrace or spend time at the gazebo to spend time on the swimming deck or read a book in the tropical environment. The villa is only a few minutes away from Sapodilla Bay Beach and offers shallow water for children and families.
The living area of the villa offers 30-foot ceilings and a set of glass doors that lead out to a spacious outdoor deck. While cooking in the full kitchen, you’ll enjoy an ocean view while having access to wooden cabinetry and stainless steel appliances. The villa comes with five bedrooms and five bathrooms and plenty of space for up to 10 people to sleep.
There is a pool patio off the living area where you can relax under palm trees or take in the sparkling water. There’s a covered patio dining area and a barbeque for those who want to cook and dine outdoors. Both inside and out are many lounge and seating options to ensure comfort throughout a Turks & Caicos vacation.
Three of the bedrooms in the villa are in the main home with one on the upper level and two on the main floor. Two other bedrooms can be found in the private guest house, which is right near the pool. All of the bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms, a queen bed, and doors that open out to a veranda or a deck. There are also extra amenities like televisions, wireless Internet, and DVD players in each bedroom.
Guests can head outdoors to enjoy the photographic views of Chalk Sound National Park or visit the islands throughout the lagoon. Fine dining is offered as Las Brisas restaurant, which will also rent kayaks so guests can enjoy more time on the water.

One midweek is included for free for a 7-night stay and cleaning can be arranged for a fee if less than 7 nights stay.
