It is a unique retreat comprising 3 rooms, open spaces, an endless view of the Aegean, and a private pool which is aimed at providing you with a perfect luxurious and relaxed stay. The construction of the villa was inspired by the modern private living vacation model to provide an integrated, spiritual, and fulfilling experience during your time off.
Villa Hilaria is a newly designed, eco-friendly constructed villa of 200 sq.m located near Heraklion, the capital of the island, on a bay overlooking the city. The location offers splendid views and an idyllic environment of harmony, relaxation, and discrete luxury surrounded by Crete’s nature. The distance from the city is 15km and 20km from Kazantzakis International Airport and right next to the paradise beach of the islands.
The villa is comprised of two levels and it can host up to 6 people. On the first floor, there is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bathtub and wardrobe and an amazing view of the horizon and the ocean, two more bedrooms, and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms are equipped with Coco-Mat mattresses and beddings all made of natural materials. On the ground floor, there is an open space living room and kitchen, and the external consists of a beautiful garden with stone walls, an open-air kitchen, BBQ, WC, and a dining area. The beautiful private pool offers hydro massage (whirlpool) whereas you can also enjoy air massage, a private hammam, and private parking.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a double bed, A/C, WiFi, TV, safe, walk-in closet, sea and mountain view, private terrace and en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi tub, shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 2: Bedroom with a double bed, A/C, WiFi, TV, office area, pool view and shared bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 3: Bedroom with a double bed (can be converted into 2 single beds), A/C, WiFi, TV, office area, pool view and shared bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
