From unbeatable sea and mountain views to direct access to the sea through a private platform, this estate offers an extraordinary experience. It boasts a law-protected antiquity—a Roman tank—as well as a tennis court, boules court, croquet lawn, vast interior spaces with high ceilings, a secluded self-catering 2-bedroom cottage, and a large infinity pool, among other exceptional features.
Inside the villa, every room is spacious and filled with natural light, thanks to the abundant large windows that showcase the panoramic views. The airy living room boasts a 600-year-old fireplace, a true work of art, while the playroom features antique billiard tables. The fully-stocked library houses a precious Boston Steinway piano, and exquisite pieces of fine art adorn every corner. Additionally, the residence includes a fully equipped kitchen and an elegant dining space that comfortably accommodates twelve guests on the ground floor.
The main house comprises six double en-suite bedrooms, spread across the top and bottom floors. One of the bedrooms also offers an en-suite Jacuzzi. The bedrooms on the top floor open to private balconies with breathtaking views of the sea and mountains, while the bedrooms on the bottom floor open to individual patios and the garden. The completely secluded cottage can accommodate four people in two en-suite double bedrooms, along with a spacious open-plan living room and kitchen.
Surrounded by flourishing gardens and olive groves, the exterior of the estate invites guests to indulge in ultimate relaxation. Various seating areas are scattered around the 2.5 hectares of private land, providing tranquil spaces to unwind. Sun loungers surround the infinity pool, and two open-air dining spaces, along with a barbecue, welcome guests to savor the mesmerizing beauty of the surroundings.
Please note that the seacoast is steep, making it suitable for proficient swimmers only on calm days.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
