This exceptional villa occupies one of the most coveted plots of land on the Peloponnesian peninsula and is strategically designed to maximize its breathtaking sea views, with most living areas seamlessly connecting to different parts of the garden. Shielded by the lush forest that surrounds it, the main terrace offers an inviting infinity pool and pergola-covered lounge and dining areas, all providing soothing vistas of the seascape. Guests can conveniently access a beautiful shaded lounge area and a charming cove, typically only reachable by sea, by driving golf carts down the stone-paved path.
Guardian aims to create a welcoming ambiance reminiscent of a cherished home while providing the luxurious amenities of a five-star hotel. The living spaces are generous and airy, adorned with carefully selected furnishings and elegant upholstery. Classic decor lines are accentuated by a few French Renaissance pieces and tasteful paintings that adorn the walls throughout the villa.
Spanning five levels, four of which open up to terraces and gardens, the mansion offers a variety of entertainment areas. The lower level boasts a playroom with a ping-pong table and a spacious lounge area, while the basement houses a gym, a home theater, and a sauna room. Additionally, the lower level features a comfortable independent guestroom with a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. The pool level encompasses a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a beautiful dining area that can accommodate up to eight guests.
Ascending to the upper levels, you will discover five bedrooms, each offering exquisite views of the surrounding landscape. The master bedroom, located on the first upper level, is expansive and inviting, with floor-length windows that provide awe-inspiring sea views and a private balcony. The same level is home to a double bedroom that shares the mesmerizing views of the master bedroom, as well as a twin bedroom and a single bedroom, both offering serene garden views from their respective vantage points. The top level is dedicated solely to a studio featuring a double bed, a sitting area, and a spacious terrace shaded by a pergola, commanding superb views of the seascape.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
