This gorgeous four-bedroom villa sits on two hectares of a terraced hillside in the southwest of Bali. It’s surrounded by gardens and offers plenty of space for your family reunion, group retreat, wedding, or any other event.
Arsana Estate comes complete with a full staff that is there to meet your every need, whether it’s a locally sourced meal, spa treatments, or help planning the perfect evening outing. You won’t need to lift a finger while you’re at Arsana Estate!
This villa is completely self-contained, giving you the safety and security you deserve. You won’t feel the need to venture out into town, but plenty of experiences await you there, too! The community and village hustle and bustle provide memories to last a lifetime.
In Sanskrit, “arsana” means flow. The estate has the perfect flow for a vacation or retreat, with the bedrooms and pavilions cascading down into the valley below the hills as well as the Sungei River below.
This water feeling is embedded in the estate itself, with waterfalls, water walls, and a large crystal-clear swimming pool with a separate children’s section. There is also a private tennis court and a large grassy area for children to run and play.
Arsana Estate was designed with modernity in mind, boasting ironwood shingle roofs and glass to let in the natural light and sights. The interior designers used bold hues and luxurious furnishings, providing plenty of options for entertaining. This villa also has a home cinema, a game room, and a pool table.
This vacation spot has four-bedroom suites in three separate pavilions, including a children’s slumber room with eight beds. There is plenty of space to spread out and make memories here at Arsana Estate.

- Cancellation Policy: For cancellation greater than 60 days prior to arrival, 25% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation made between 30 and 59 days prior to arrival, 55% of the gross rental rate is forfeited. For cancellation made within 30 days, 100% of the gross rental rate is forfeited.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Maximum guests: 25 guests
Rental rates:
The villa requires 2 days in Low Seasons, 3 days in High Seasons and 5 days in Peak Seasons minimum rental of the villa at the regular rental rates. The event fee is one (1) night's rental at the applicable rate of the date, plus taxes.
Banjar fee: Rp 4,000,000.
Event fee is USD$ 500 plus
Music curfew at 11pm.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for set-up and clean up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with a Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide to local ordinances.
