Umah Daun means leaf house in Indonesian; the pavilions that comprise this villa are covered with leaf-shaped roofs. The pavilions are interlinked, and the spacious rooms are spread across them. The villa features five bedrooms and rests north of Umalas village in the Canggu district of Bali.
The distinctive design of Villa Umah Daun was created by the acclaimed Balinese architect Jeghler. Fully retractable bi-fold glass doors adorn curved walls and allow the interior to appear to connect seamlessly with the rice fields outside. The villa features oversized spaces making it a truly comfortable social space.
The living room is double height with two distinct seating areas. The dining area was sculpted from a five-meter slab of solid wood. The dining bale is situated beside the extra-long pool, and another beautiful outdoor space is the sunset roof terrace.
The five bedrooms are also spacious, and they feature comfortable beds and large ensuite bathrooms. While you’re visiting Umah Daun, you will have no issue finding things to do. A games room with a pool table and table football provide entertainment, as does the media room, which houses a 60-inch television. There’s a library as well.
Your children are welcome at Umah Daun. They have a playroom of their own with a television and Nintendo Wii with games. The kids will also find a two-level treehouse and a wading pool that is a section of the main adult pool.
The Villa Umah Daun is exquisitely designed. Abundant, luxurious spaces, both indoors and out, as well as entertainment options, appeal to families of all ages. The villa remains close to the beautiful sunset beaches of Bali, as well as Seminyak’s restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Reaching the beaches and other public places is a short trip in a taxi.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to the 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
