The villa is located in Porto Cervo on the Pantogia hill and it's available for both summer rent and sale. Its outdoor areas and its verandas overlooking the panoramic swimming pool give it a light and airy atmosphere, ideal for your days of outdoor vacation. The white and creamy colors of the house, embellished with luxurious furnishings, blend beautifully with the surrounding greenery and the incredibly blue sky. The property offers absolute peace and guarantees full privacy.
The property has a well-appointed living room that overlooks the veranda and the pool, indoor and outdoor dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue area and pizza oven, bedroom for the staff with bathroom.
The six guest bedrooms are located on two sides of the villa. On one side the master bedroom with a four-poster bed, a study with a fireplace and a private marble bathroom with a shower and a bath; a double room with bathroom and shower, a double Suite with living area and bathroom with en-suite shower located at pool level. a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a Family Suite with a double and a double and two private bathrooms with a terrace (the suite can be transformed into 2 separate and independent bedrooms). Outdoor gym area and a wellness room with sauna and massage table.
Covered parking for two cars, laundry area, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, Sky channels in the living room and Master Suite. The villa has several stairs, so the children must be supervised.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a queen-size bed, A/C, TV, fireplace, safe, balcony and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 2: Bedroom with a double bed, A/C, TV, balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
