This 3 levels luxury villa, with many relax areas both inside and outside, you can spend a relaxing holiday.
It can accommodate up to 8 persons in 4 modern wide bedrooms, one with a double bed. You can enjoy the company or the privacy. On request a 5th bedroom with en-suite bathroom is available for staff or nannies with children.
The atmosphere you will live during your stay will be very relaxing thanks to natural-colored furniture, white vaulted ceiling with beams and a variety of dark wood floors (parquet flooring), wooden furniture and white wicker. The sliding walls and windows which look out on the wooden terraces will make you feel part of the serene atmosphere of the surrounding landscape. In addition to the long pool, in the garden there is a terrace, a large solarium and a covered indoor GYM.
Mediterranean style property, is in complete harmony with the surrounding environment, enlivened by the colors and the typical beauties of Sardinia. The entrance area welcomes you in a bright porch enclosed by large retractable glasses and furnished with sofas that overlook the sea.
The spacious living room with sofas, big screen and DVD is separated, by two steps, from the dining room area with an eight seater table, the sliding glass doors and the wide sea view. The kitchen is spacious and comfortable, modern style, white colored and fully equipped.
Note: The villa is located 50km south from Porto Cervo and the famous Cala di Volpe.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
