It has been lovingly restored to retain all of its authenticity and features heavy wood beams, terra cotta flooring and aged parquet flooring that are an essential part of the regional tradition.
The interior and exterior alike have been handled with care, and guests will be thrilled by the impressive views with their rows of cypresses, rolling hills, and olive groves. The terraced gardens take visitors to the large and elegant pool with sunbeds and loungers.
The villa is a two-story property with additional wings. The ground floor is where the shared living spaces are found, and they include a formal lounge with classic fireplace, a library or reading room with another fireplace, and a large dining room close to the kitchen. The kitchen is a large, working space that features top of the line appliances and all you need to prepare meals or snacks.
The Villa Cerreto is an idyllic place to experience the best of Tuscany and in total privacy and quietude. If you have a private event or special gathering, this would set the stage for an unforgettable holiday or get together.
The Weekly Rate Includes: A/C, heating (by law November to April), electricity, water, gas and final cleaning. Welcome pack, maid service 2 hrs on Tues ( bathrooms and towels), 2 hours on Wed (living and dining, kitchen areas), WiFi access, one supply per week of pool towels, one fold away child cot and highchair, gardener and pool maintenence.
Food, beverage and provisioning fee not included. Local cook, chef and catering upon request and at additional cost, grocery shopping and villa provisioning available at additional cost, tourist tax is 1 Euro per person per day and paid locally.
