The villa is an integral part of a larger estate, comprising the main villa and several cottages. The main villa boasts an expansive loggia, meticulously designed to function as an enchanting al fresco dining space, commanding panoramic views of the manicured lawn where a tiled pool is discreetly nestled behind a row of trees. The sprawling grounds feature various lounging and dining areas seamlessly integrated into the lush landscape.
Inside the main villa, you'll discover a generously sized living room adorned with a traditional Tuscan fireplace. The decor accentuates the villa's original architectural elements, evoking an immediate sense of warmth, hospitality, and relaxation. An open floor plan seamlessly connects the living room to the terrace and extends into the spacious dining room. This dining area seamlessly flows into the large and modern kitchen, thoughtfully equipped with all the necessary appliances, including those fit for a professional chef. Additionally, an expansive entertainment room awaits, complete with a grand piano, entertainment center, and a billiards table.
Accommodating up to ten guests, the main villa features a queen bedroom suite with a convenient kitchenette and an en suite bathroom. Upstairs, you'll find a king suite, a queen suite, and a generously proportioned queen suite with a study area. Each of these rooms is complemented by spacious en suite baths. Furthermore, a private queen room with its own en suite bathroom completes the upper floor accommodations.
For larger gatherings or groups of up to 12 guests, the Villa Impruneta can also include an additional cottage situated just steps away from the main villa. This flexibility makes it an ideal choice for hosting special events, accommodating large parties, or providing discerning travelers with an exquisite Tuscany experience like no other.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
