A five-bedroom property, it is a carefully and lovingly restored farmhouse that has kept its original touches and charm and yet has also been turned into a remarkably comfortable and modern place to enjoy an authentic Tuscan holiday.
With views of the sea and the rolling landscape, this villa offers something that few can match. It is also within easy reach of a nearby village, making it easy to obtain groceries and discover what everyday life in this wonderful part of the world is like.
Tucked into its own olive groves and vineyards, the villa features an array of unexpected comforts. There is a private swimming pool area and a large and well-tended garden. Surrounded by a paved terrace, the pool area also features a gazebo for al fresco dining in addition to sun beds for hours of enjoyment in the amazing setting. Guests may also make arrangements to use a Turkish bath and hot tub on the premises.
The interiors of the villa reveal a perfect balance of historic charm with high and heavily beamed ceilings, terra cotta tile flooring, and large windows that flood each room with light. The décor is a blend of neutral and elegantly colored pieces along with charming accents of warm color, original art, and natural décor. The living room features a working fireplace and entertainment center, the dining room also features a fireplace and is warm and welcoming, the massive country kitchen is equipped with a range of modern appliances along with a large, family-sized table, and all of these rooms open to the gardens.
The five bedrooms are divided between the two upper floors. Three double bedrooms and a twin bedroom are on the first floor, all are en suite, and a double bedroom with bath is on the top floor. All have entertainment systems and heated floors.

- Damage Deposit: €149 Accidental Damage Waiver covering for up to €2,500 worth of unintentional damage. Additional damage deposit may be required at time of booking.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
