Gracious, expansive and beautifully designed, the Villa Maria is located in the most coveted address in Los Cabos, the Pedregal neighborhood. Placing it minutes from the fun and excitement of Cabo San Lucas, it is also a remarkably private and scenic spot for an upcoming holiday.

This six-bedroom property features a blend of classic and traditional design that blends pillars and arches with the ranch style, and creates an amazing array of indoor and outdoor living spaces. Native stone, stucco, and terra cotta create a warm palette, while mature palms and tropical plants finish the scene. You may feel as if you have been transported to the Mediterranean thanks to the classic beauty of the exteriors spaces, including the gorgeous pool terrace.

With views out to the sea and surrounding hills, the pool terrace includes the elegant and curvaceous infinity-edge pool, the separate hot tub, and the surrounding sun deck. All of this backs up to the verandah which is furnished as an outdoor living area, but which also opens directly into the great room. High, timbered ceilings work well with the rich décor. Wrought iron chandeliers and a palette of ruby, cream and deeply stained natural woods makes for a remarkable atmosphere in the living room, at the dining suite with its enormous stone fireplace, as well as in the kitchen. Marble countertops, professional grade appliances, and enormous amounts of work space make it an appealing spot for all.

The villa features an office and top of the line media room, and each of the bedrooms is like a private world of its own. Decorated in the same rich style, they include the master suite with private terrace, king bed and ensuite bath with Jacuzzi. There are three additional king suites with terraces, a dual queen suite, and a king suite in the guest house. All have premium, ensuite baths.

  • Cancellation Policy: In case of cancellation, the villa will be put back on the rental market. If it re-rents for the same dates, guests will receive full refund minus US$450 administration fee. If it doesn't rent for the same dates, all payments made are forfeited and can be used as a voucher credit for travel to the same villa for at least the same number of nights for up to 12 months from original arrival date (kindly note the $150 reschedule fee).

Common Questions
Do we share the villa? click to close
No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Are we protected from fraud? click to open
Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.
Can you explain the reservation process? click to open
Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.
Can we arrange an early check in? click to open
Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.
Can we arrange a late check out? click to open
A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.
Are transfers to the property included? click to open
Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.
What to expect upon arrival? click to open
In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open
In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.
Is housekeeping included? click to open
Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Policies section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.
Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open
A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.
Is a hair dryer available? click to open
A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.
Is an iron included? click to open
Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

We were in Villa María for 4 days, besides that the place is pretty well designed and beautiful, of the best things was the Staff (Tere, Chío, Bety and Vic), very attentive and good people, if I returned with the whole family back, Surely it would be again a very good option Villa Maria.

The house was amazing and so beautiful just as the pictures show on the web site. Everything was in working order and the stuff was so helpful. Hector the concierge was right there when we ever needed a cab or ice anything and Olga was there everyday taken very good care of us with keeping things looking good in the house ! I wanted to bring her home with us. We will book again at Villa Maria .

Villa Maria represents far more than the amazing pictures would indicate. The overall service was outstanding and beyond expectations. Josue is an excellent chef and the rest of the staff are highly professional and make the entire stay feel like a private luxury hotel experience. It is the best of both worlds - privacy with no crowds plus all the benefits of hotel service (food, housekeeping, concierge, transportation, etc). The house was extremely clean and well maintained. The location of the property is ideal given the close proximity to town, popular restaurants and the beach. It doesn't get much better than this. We will definitely be back! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

After reading the reviews and seeing the listed pictures, we came to Villa Maria with high expectations. The property and management team, however, were even better than described. The house itself is gorgeous, spacious, and well equipped (speaker system, fire pit, two guest rooms attached but separate from the house). It is located in a safe gated community with access ($10/day) to the neighborhood gym. Josue the chef is not only an incredible cook, but also very accommodating to whatever your schedule and food preferences may be. Ismael the property manager had the house cleaned daily while also giving us a far degree of privacy. 10/10 would book again and recommend to families, young adult friends, and couples alike.

Amazing experience with Isle Blue and excellent communication with our agent, Solenne! She was able to answer my questions accurately and in a timely manner which I really appreciated. Le Diamant de Bellecote was exceptional! The living area felt as if you were sitting in a surreal snow globe which was absolutely magical! The apartment was extremely cozy with bathtub in master being a highlight and also the heated outdoor area with Christmas tree! The location was amazing skiing immediately out to bellecote slope and walking access to shopping, dining and much more! My only surprise was 3 full baths were really 2 full baths (one area had sink and shower; other area had sink and toilet). Our week was super special with fireworks out of our back window and plenty of snow! I highly recommend Isle Blue and this truly excellent apartment! "

Our villa - the penthouse in Toviere Val d'Isere, was absolutely perfect. Right beside the slopes, ski hire and ski passes. The rooms were just lovely and the public space was just right for our needs, plenty lange for 8 adults to hang out..

Isle Blue were very professional and organised everything. Solenne - our specialist - was so helpful and kind. We will definitely be coming back to Isle Blue for our next vacation.

One of the best tourist companies. Very professional from booking to reception at the airport. Excellent Concierge Services. Very helpful, very nice, they do everything to make sure you are enjoying your trip. The rental car was at the villa and the company agent came to the house to finish the paper work. For Covid testing we were offered a nurse to come to the villa to do the swabs. Our house keeping lady was so nice and efficient. The villa was gorgeous clean. Unbelievable view I will definitely keep coming back to book my next trip with Isle Blue Hidden gem
