Tucked into the exclusive Pedregal neighborhood, it is a six-bedroom jewel offering a lovely array of private indoor and outdoor living spaces.
A focal point for many guests will be the secluded pool area. With a curvaceous, free form pool at its center, this walled, courtyard-like space also features a lovely hot tub, a private bar, a full barbecue area and outdoor kitchen space, al fresco dining and a large verandah furnished as an outdoor living room. In addition to this ground-level space, there is a second, expansive terrace on the upper level too.
This second floor area is where the shared indoor living spaces are found, and visitors will love the mission style décor and setting. Heavily timbered ceilings and terrazzo floors work beautifully with the stucco walls, arches and richly stained furnishings. There is a large living room with entertainment system, a formal dining area, breakfast bar and the domed ceilinged kitchen. A rounded shape, it has marble countertops and state of the art appliances to make meal prep a breeze. There is also a home theater and game room with a bar at the lower level.
The six bedrooms are designed as personal retreats and they are divided between upper and lower levels. The master suite features a balcony, Jacuzzi bath and large king bed. There are three additional king suites with balconies or terraces and private baths, a queen suite with balcony and bath, and a children's bunk room with terrace and private bath.

- Cancellation Policy: Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the property is re-rent for the same rate and period of time, subject to a 15% cancellation fee. You may reschedule 25 days or more prior to your arrival date, with the same property and number of nights, for travel within one year of the original check-out date, subject to a $250 rescheduling fee. Rescheduled reservations are subject to availability and any applicable price increase for dates of stay. One (1) rescheduling per reservation is permitted. Note: Holiday and Limited Offer reservations may not be rescheduled.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
Villa Via a la Casa can accommodate wedding parties/special events on a case by case basis.
