Built in a classic ranch style, the villa sits in a private garden and puts an emphasis on the setting. The pool terrace is the heart of the property and it features a large rectangular pool, a separate hot tub and a stone terrace framed by mature gardens and palms. A full sun deck waits at one end while the verandah wraps another. This area offers you a shaded and comfortable place to savor the scenery. You can do so from the furnished lounge, the al fresco dining area or the oversized hammock.
The verandah opens into the classic great room. With its high ceilings and cool stone floors, it features a soothing palette of cream accented with hues of plum and natural wood to create a welcoming atmosphere. You will find a modern living room with entertainment system, the formal dining suite and this leads to the large kitchen. Furnished with the very latest in appliances and gear, it faces out towards the views allowing you to prepare meals or drinks without missing one moment of the delicious breezes and scenery.
The three bedrooms are tropical retreats of their own. The master suite is the largest with a king bed, direct access to the pool terrace and a large, ensuite bath. There is also a queen suite with terrace access, and it shares a large bath with the third suite. This is a double bed with twin suite ideal for kids or teens.

- Cancellation Policy: Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable, unless the property is re-rent for the same rate and period of time, subject to a 15% cancellation fee. You may reschedule 25 days or more prior to your arrival date, with the same property and number of nights, for travel within one year of the original check-out date, subject to a $250 rescheduling fee. Rescheduled reservations are subject to availability and any applicable price increase for dates of stay. One (1) rescheduling per reservation is permitted. Note: Holiday and Limited Offer reservations may not be rescheduled.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
The villa is available for wedding receptions and special events.
