Situated on the exclusive shores of Jade Beach, Villa Alma Rosa is a private villa located only five miles from Akumal in Mayan Riviera. This villa is one of the most prestigious in the area with more than 4,000 square feet of living space for up to eight guests. It features a variety of exceptional amenities and includes a bevy of services to create the perfect tropical vacation experience for guests. The home offers four spacious bedrooms complete with ensuite bathrooms and spectacular views of the ocean.
There are two master suites on the first floor with a king bed, a single bed, a ceiling fan, and a private terrace with sea views and access to a hammock. A third bedroom is on the same level and includes a king and a single bed. The final bedroom at Alma Rosa is on the ground floor with a king bed, a single bed, access to a terrace, and magnificent sea views. All bedrooms are elegantly furnished and include plenty of storage space for your belongings.
This villa was created for a French artist and the rest of her family members. It offers intense colors, artwork, and fabrics in a traditional Mexican style. The entire space is created to be a location that allows guests to enjoy relaxation next to natural wood and stones. The rejuvenating atmosphere is only enhanced by a group of staff to help guests enjoy an excellent vacation. You will have access to a pool person, a personal concierge, and a gardener. A housekeeper visits each day and a chef can create three meals daily for the entire group.
Outside of the villa is a spacious pool with a terrace covered in loungers. That’s even a small nook with a covered area and a hammock for midday naps. The outdoor area also has a covered lounging area and a dining space. A gas grill is provided for guests who want to create meals under the sun.
The inside of Alma Rosa is bright and spacious with lots of space for family members or friends to hang out and socialize. There is a formal dining room that leads outdoors with seating for a large group. It connects to the kitchen where a bevy of appliances is provided. The island also offers extra dining space in the form of a breakfast bar. With modern amenities and an exclusive location, Villa Alma Rosa is an oasis in Akumal.
Gourmet Chef service is included for 3 meals a day. Our chefs use the freshest ingredients and have regional, international vegan, and vegetarian dishes to delight you! The Christmas and NY rate includes complimentary Mexican cook services for breakfast and lunch daily. Guests pay the cost of groceries and a 20% shopping fee. Butler service 12 hours per day is included.
Alma Rosa is available for weddings and events of up to 50 guests, celebrate your special moments here in paradise.
Please note, as the property includes chef services, access to the kitchen is restricted to the chef and grocery for the meals is bought by the chef. Grocery for meals that are not included in the rate and/or snacks will be bought by the guests

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
