Set along Playa Secreto just outside of Cancun, the luxurious Villa Sol y Luna is a rare find. Offering a full staff, including a chef, this property is also large and remarkably well-appointed. A beachfront property, you stroll through your private grove of mature palms to reach the stunning white sands and flawless tropical waters. You can also remain at your own large and totally private pool. This is surrounded by a brick terrace and dotted with a variety of lounge and al fresco dining spots that make it a preferred gathering spot. Of course, the rooftop terrace will be a popular spot too, especially for those who want to sleep beneath the stars.
The ten-bedroom villa is part of a gated community that has done only limited building, meaning that you are not shoulder to shoulder with other luxury villas. Divided between a main house and guesthouse, there are shared interior spaces that provide a perfect balance to private time and group gatherings. The property uses the great room design to ensure that group meals, living room time, and even time in the kitchen does not cost you a moment of the scenery or sea breezes. The living room is also a wonderful entertainment space and opens to the pool.
There seven bedrooms in the main house, with four on the ground floor. These range from king to queen suites, and most have ocean or garden views. All have large and beautifully appointed ensuite baths. There are three bedrooms on the second floor, including the master bedroom with a separate reading room, ocean views and private bath. The remaining suites have ocean or garden views, and private baths. Those in the guesthouse are divided between two floors and feature garden views and ensuite baths.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
