The back of the house boasts three levels overlooking a private pool and beach, providing ample space for sunbathing, dining, and grilling. Enjoy the outdoor shower, stay fit in the exercise room, and relax with in-room air conditioning.
Casa Papelillos uniquely blends modern furnishings with natural elements, including trees that extend through the oceanfront balconies, creating a harmonious connection with the landscape. The living room showcases clean-lined white seating complemented by vibrant accents like a red carpet and yellow cushions. A striking stone dining table accommodates twelve, while the fully equipped kitchen features a spacious breakfast bar.
Each of the five bedrooms includes an en-suite bathroom, air conditioning, and ceiling fans. Two bedrooms offer king beds, walk-in closets, and ocean views—one with terrace access and the other with a balcony. A third bedroom has two queen beds and a balcony, while the fourth features a queen bed, double bed, trundle bed, walk-in closet, sitting area, and oceanfront balcony. The fifth bedroom includes two twin beds, a sitting area, kitchenette, and small terrace. Additional bedding is available in the media room, which has a double Murphy bed.
At El Paredon, enjoy the resort's private beach and beach club. It’s just a minute’s walk to Playa Gemelas and less than five miles to Los Muertos Beach and Olas Altas Beach. The Nuevo Vallarta, Mayan Palace, and Flamingos golf courses are about 30 minutes away, while Isla Cuale is five miles distant and Puerto Vallarta is just over nine miles. The international airport is approximately 11 miles from the villa.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
