Located in Porta Fortuna, Villa Casa del Muelle is a gorgeous oceanfront villa that accommodates up to 14 guests of all ages. It offers five well-appointed bedrooms, five ensuite bathrooms with vanities and showers. This villa offers all the private space guests could want but is a short distance from Sufito Restaurant and the Porta Fortuna Pier. The villa is located right on the beach with tremendous views of the sea just past the personal pool outside.
The villa’s exterior has a covered terrace with an assortment of furniture for lounging. There’s a pool just past this area with several loungers and a parasol off to the side for guests who want to sunbathe. There’s also a dining area on the terrace with a dining table and seating for 10. An outdoor kitchen is available for those who prefer to prepare meals outside.
Stepping inside Villa Casa del Muelle from the terrace will take guests into a large living and dining area. There is tons of seating, a full glass wall to take in the view, and a massive dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is just behind this area and includes state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances and an island with a breakfast bar that offers seating for three.
Another sitting area is located in the villa with a variety of white and wicker furniture. This room has a wood beam ceiling and a large flatscreen television so guests can watch films together. In addition to top amenities, this villa also comes with a variety of services. There is an on-call property manager available, as well as a pool cleaning person. Housekeepers visit the home every day of the week to keep things neat and tidy, while a professional chef creates breakfast and lunch for guests.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
