Villa 16, Tulum, Tulum. The Villa 16 is a 9,515-ft² luxurious property situated on a 12,259-ft² lot. The minimalist design creates a natural environment of comfortable, peaceful, and tasteful living. While the location offers ultimate privacy, it’s only a bike ride away from vibrant streets and beautiful beaches.
There are eight-bedrooms and eight-and-a-half baths in the villa-- all with no clutter or anything unnecessary. Guests will enjoy the organized space, peaceful mind concept as they rejuvenate in this serene environment at one of Mexico’s most iconic destinations. All bedrooms have a king-size bed and a private, en-suite bathroom. There are accommodations for up to sixteen guests. The rooms on the ground-level have private pools and gardens while the upstairs rooms have a terrace. Guests will wake up each morning to the sounds of tropical birds and jungle sounds.
Outside, there is a deck with a private pool and vegetation all around. Enjoy the jungle canopies and take in the array and green plants everywhere one looks. Numerous comfortable spots are surrounding the pool where guests can relax and enjoy the sunshine. There are also hammocks to take advantage of a restful vacation. Take a yoga class or get a massage for the ultimate rejuvenating experience.
At night, gather around the fire pit in the garden area or dine together at the large dining tables in the open air for some quality time with friends and family. Guests will enjoy sharing everything they did and everything they saw during their days.

A stay at Villa Delfines includes a housekeeper, pool person, gardener, security guard, and a property manager on call. Guests can expect daily maid service.

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
