This condo has 2 bedrooms and an open loft, allowing it to comfortably sleep up to 8 guests, and is located on the upper level of the complex with lofted ceilings. The master bathroom has a jetted tub and a separate steam shower. The loft is accessed by a spiral staircase and has 2 full sized beds. There is also a second bathroom with a shower.
A modern kitchen is perfect for home cooked meals with an island that sits 4, as well as a large dining room table that sits 8. This condo also has a kiva fireplace with firewood included as well as a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Each Lake Fork unit also as a designated car port.
This home does welcome pets with an additional fee.

For new bookings the property manager is modifying the cancellation policy as follows :
~ If guests cancel the reservation more than 14 days prior to the arrival, guests will receive a credit for the full value of the payment made toward the reservation. The credit is valid for 12 months from the original arrival date in the same home.
~ If guests cancel the reservation within 14 days of the arrival date, 100% of the Gross Rental will be forfeited.
