Villa Bara holds a much-desired location in the exclusive residential area within Nueva Andalucía, close to the popular resort of Puerto Banús, while glamorous Marbella is just a five-minute car journey away. The authentic and luxurious Andalusian-style villa holds a large corner pot surrounded by extensive tropical gardens giving guests a real sense of privacy and exclusivity.
The main house consists of a beautiful entrance hall which leads to a spacious living room with fireplace and access to well-kept gardens, a separate dining room which connects to a fully equipped kitchen and with central island. A bedroom with own bathroom for the service is next to the kitchen as well as a laundry room and access to the garden. To the other side of the property we find an office with guest toilet and a complete bedroom with its bathroom that gives to 2 covered terraces and to the gardens. The upper floor enjoys a second living room with dome roof and access to a large sun terrace. Two guest bedrooms and a master bedroom with en-suite bathroom including a separate shower and bath.
The guest house is located in front of the main house and consists of a beautiful living / dining room with modern kitchen and 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms and a large central hall with high ceilings with natural light.
The tropical gardens are very well kept and enclose the property to give you more privacy. It has a custom built barbecue near a large family pool. The property has a central fountain at the entrance and a garage for several vehicles plus an additional parking.
Outside, the tropical gardens have been immaculately maintained and cared for, making a beautiful space to enjoy the warm Mediterranean climate. When the sun gets a bit too much, the large private pool is the perfect spot to take a refreshing dip and cool off. There is a covered terrace, fantastic for those who wish to indulge in some al fresco dining while in sunny Spain!
Villa on 3 levels. Entry is through a security gate down a long driveway to a carport. There is also access to a covered garage with parking for various vehicles. Entry through the main door of the house takes you to the reception area. There is access to the exterior pool from this area. To the right there are two guest suites, both with queen beds and en suites with bath tubs and separate showers. These two bedrooms have doors that access the garden and swimming pool. To the left of the entrance is the open plan living and dining room with large flat screen TV and three sofas. There is a dining table with seating for 10 guests. There is a second smaller living room with flat screen smart TV next to the main living room. The fully equipped kitchen is also located on the ground level.
From the kitchen there is access to a covered outdoor terrace with outdoor dining table for 10 guests. Both the kitchen and living rooms have large sliding glass doors that access directly onto the main outdoor terrace with four outdoor sofas and two coffee tables. From this terrace there is direct access to the swimming pool. There is a stairwell that leads up to the first floor and also down to the basement floor. On the first floor there are two bedrooms: the master suite with king bed and en suite with bathroom and separate shower and the guest bedroom with queen bed and en suite with bath and separate shower. The corridor on the first floor looks over the main living area of the house and there is also an extra room on this floor that could be used as a bedroom for 2 children.
There is a lift that connects the three floors. On the basement floor there is a wine cellar and a fully equipped gym with glass windows looking over the indoor pool and Jacuzzi. In the pool area there is a bathroom with showers, a Sauna with seating for 8 and a separate steam room with seating for 8. The large covered garage is also located on this floor which leads to the staff quarters. In the staff quarters there is a kitchen, small living room, double bed and en suite bathroom.
