Villa Rica is built on 3 levels. On the roof-terrace, the bespoke hot-tub for 8 guests is ideal for sipping cocktails under the stars, and listening to the soft sounds of the gentle island waves lapping up against the gorgeous golden sand. The ground floor comprises of the expansive living spaces which open out onto the luscious green gardens and extensive terraces as well as 5 generously sized double bedrooms equipped with a lovely satellite plasma TV, air-conditioning, fully stocked mini fridges and with some state of the art en-suite bathrooms. Then on the lower ground floor there is a brilliant underwater bar and high tech disco, with sub aquatic pool windows, making this your very own private club. In addition, the luxurious villa is home to a small gym and a relaxing thermal sauna and a complete range of idyllic spa treatments are available upon your immediate request.

Outside the villa features various places to relax, a spacious dining area for 12 guests overlooking the swimming pool equipped with inviting sun loungers and umbrellas, allowing every guest to have the luxury of choosing between the indoor and outdoor dining areas to enjoy your first rate meal. You may decide to take full advantage of the professional kitchen, fully equipped with all the latest appliances to make your lovely gourmet meal or you can hire the ever present chef, who will take care of everything for you, from barbequing to preparing some savory local meals. If you choose to dine outside, there is a gorgeous garden that is planted with palm trees, giving off a lovely tropical vibe to the place and is lit by twinkling fairy lights leaving an enchanting atmosphere as you overlook the gorgeous azure hues of the sparkling ocean.

All day long, there are two butlers on the property who will serve cocktails, drinks and food on your request and will help give you advice on how to make your stay perfectly wonderful at villa Rica.
