Outdoors, the large, shimmering aqua swimming pool (32m/105 ft.) has plunging waterfalls, a romantic cave, a floating cabana and some sub-aquatic pool windows, not to mention, there is also a gorgeous plunge pool and a pool-side bar, perfect for outdoor entertaining. Moreover the outdoor is equipped with a roof top mini pool for 12 with a relaxing hydro massage, beautiful shimmering fountains, a breathtaking pond with waterfall, a lovely dining and breakfast area with a barbecue, so that every guest will have the luxury of choosing between eating inside or outside and an alfresco dance floor, ideal for anyone wanting to dance the night away.

Five bedrooms are located in the main house and three are found just under the lovely pool terrace. The living spaces are spacious and open out onto the stunning terraces and luscious green gardens, all with views across the magical island and up to the amazing Fromentera Island. Villa Roca has its own Gym and infrared detox sauna for your well-being, a great wine cellar and a Bedouin chill-out tent to appreciate the easy living of Ibiza.
There is also a state of the art kitchen, fully equipped with high end, professional kitchen appliances to aid you in making that first rate gourmet meal.
