Set on an 8,000 sq. m beautifully landscaped, luscious green garden planted with tropical palm trees and bougainvillea, this state of the art villa features spacious living spaces inside and out, sunny and shady terraces, a 10m x 10m swimming pool equipped with relaxing sun beds, shady umbrellas, comfortable chairs, and tables to give every guest the opportunity to chill all day long under the smooth Ibizan's breeze.
The property consists of 2 buildings. The main house offers more than 450 sq. m of living space with a fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the latest high end appliances to prepare a gourmet meal, an expansive dining room, a lovely drawing room, and 4 double bedrooms with generously sized en-suite bathrooms. The charming guest house (120 sq.m) comprises 2 double bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Every room has direct access to the luscious green garden and is fully air conditioned for your convenience. In addition, the villa has a professional gym, fully equipped with all the gear necessary to keep up with your active lifestyle

While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
