Villa Gina is a spacious and privileged villa located in the heart of the countryside, peaceful and tranquil. It is just a short distance from the bohemian village of San Juan, famous for its hippy market, located in the town square every Sunday, and close by to some of the most spectacular beaches of the North, including Portinatx, Cala Xarraca, and the stunning Benirrás beach, known worldwide for its unforgettable sunsets.
This contemporary chic home is set over two floors affording space and privacy for all guests. On the ground floor, indoor spaces feature large windows, with an 80m2 living area that opens out to both sides of the building and a fully equipped kitchen. All areas have access to beautiful grounds. On this floor, are 4 bedrooms, each of which with a large terrace and views of the countryside. Two of them are en-suite, and the other two are sharing a bathroom.
The master bedroom is found on the first floor, with a resplendent bathroom complete with a hydromassage bath, a large dressing room, and an outdoor terrace with beautiful views of the pool and the rest of the property. We also find a second suite on this first floor, beautifully furnished, offering the same level of luxury and style
The charming 80m2 guest house is located to the side of the magnificent garden. It offers two double suites and its own living area with a mini-fridge and coffee machine, making it ideal for those seeking a little extra privacy.
Beautifully finished and superbly equipped, Villa Gina is supremely stylish throughout. The interior décor is of an exceptionally high standard, effortlessly combining traditional features with contemporary chic and luxury. An air of opulence abounds in every room. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
