Enveloped by a terraced garden adorned with original Moorish irrigation streams and channels, the property boasts the remnants of a 10th-century Moorish tower, adding to its allure.
The main house, adjacent to the Moorish tower, spans three levels and includes a self-contained two-bedroom apartment with private access, along with a separate double room with an en-suite bathroom. Retaining its original charm, the house showcases exquisite antique tiling, furniture, and textiles throughout.
The airy drawing room, with its high ceilings and original Spanish wall-mounted plates, provides a serene atmosphere, leading out to a terrace where guests can unwind on a cozy daybed under a vine-covered pergola or enjoy meals at a covered dining table, perfect for al fresco dining.
A traditional refectory table graces the spacious dining room, ideal for hosting dinner parties or formal gatherings. Every corner of the estate exudes the warmth and character of a cherished family home, meticulously adorned with inspired furnishings, artworks, and antiques, including ornate wall tiles and bathroom fixtures.
Shaded terraces throughout the property offer ample space for outdoor dining and relaxation. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans, while the games room and kitchen feature both air conditioning and ceiling fans. Fireplaces adorn the drawing room, TV lounge, the flat's sitting room, and six of the bedrooms, adding to the cozy ambiance.
Two swimming pools, one of which is heated, provide refreshing retreats, while a spacious games room/TV room between the main house and guest house offers entertainment with a pool table, table tennis, darts, and a 65” TV. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
