Si bien está disponible para solicitudes anticipadas, el equipo de conserjería se comunica con los huéspedes 30 días antes de la llegada para coordinar los traslados y reservar los servicios y experiencias deseados. Los huéspedes con estadías programadas en Navidad y Año Nuevo serán contactados 90 días antes de la llegada.

Maximum seating capacity 40 (combination of seating and standing, including villa guests)
Event fees USD 1,200 + 7% tax
Security Deposit
● Where several guests exceed 1.5 times the occupancy of the villa, a security deposit of THB 100,000 will be collected.
● Where number of guests is less than 1.5 times of the occupancy of the villa for small group events, a security deposit of THB 50,000 will be collected.
● Security deposit is refundable provided no damage or deep cleaning at the villa is required.
Other requirements
● Pre and post-event day events are allowed and can be arranged with a separate fee of USD 600 + 7% tax.
● Music and event curfew are until midnight only.
● Kindly note that we are an advocate for the prevention of cruelty and ethical care of elephants and wildlife. We do not allow nor condone the hiring and use of elephants and/or other wildlife for any events held in the villa and the immediate surrounding areas, i.e. beach.
● Fireworks are only allowed for weddings and a permit needs to be approved by local authorities at least 2 weeks before the event.
● Sky Lanterns are also prohibited by the local government in Koh Samui.
Terms and conditions:
The villa does not allow unregistered guests to stay overnight. Overnight guests are restricted to 2 guests per rented bedroom and must be declared. Guests are responsible for the set-up and clean-up of the event. The event may not occur within 24 hours of departure. For example, with Saturday departure guests must hold the event on Thursday or sooner. Guests must abide by local ordinances.
