Amazing. Me and my girlfriend stayed for 6 days. I wish one word can describe the villa and service. I am a huge critic and very picky about things and went into this process of staying in the villa with bad thoughts in my mind and "what ifs". They were all GONE the moment I stepped foot in the villa. I loved it so much, I was googling how much it would be to purchase it. Very clean, Secure, Concierge was amazing and responded within 2-3 minutes every time I needed something, house keeping was great, and the BEACH was to die for. I even taught myself how to paddle board using the one they had on the property. WE WILL BE BACK IN A FEW MONTHS!

Julian was a fantastic host, providing flexibility and easy instructions. The villa is beautifully appointed and spotless. Parking right out front. Walk right out to the beach and private pool from the back patio! The pool was very nice warm water, and the ocean was amazingly warm as well. Incredible views of the ocean here. Also excellent opportunity to relax in the bathtub while enjoying the view. Wish the location was a little closer to more restaurants, but Sopadilla beach is perfect for paddleboarding given the calm and shallow waters. We took turns on the 1 paddleboard provided for Positano villa. The few steps down to the lounge chairs and beach were a bit rocky underfoot, but that's just the natural habitat since this villa is located at the very end of the beach (other two villas are positioned in the sand). Be mindful of the dogs running around the beach in the morning. Enjoy this unique experience!

Positano was a great place to relax in the Turks and Caicos. The villa had everything mentioned and even 2 different coffee makers, a drip and a Keurig. If you like to be able to walk a few steps between your pool and the ocean, I would easily recommend this place. Everyone was friendly and helpful, both Julian and Tamika were both able to provide a lot of good information and the few restaurants in the area were easy to get to and had good food. I would recommend hiring a car while there, but the team was able to provide suggestions for that as well. A great trip and we look forward to returning in the future.

We enjoyed staying at this beautiful villa! The pictures do not do it justice. The location of the Villa, being at the end of Sapodilla bay was very private. We look forward to returning to Villa Positano!

We stayed five nights at Villa Positano. The pictures don’t do it justice (if you can believe that).
This beachfront paradise is even better in person. We loved watching the incredible sunsets and having coffee on the private pier. It felt very private and peaceful and had all the amenities we needed. I especially appreciated the doubles kayak, SUP board, and snorkel gear.
The property was everything I was hoping for and so much more! Julian was a fantastic host; he was extremely responsive and gave some excellent recommendations that made the trip even better. I’d stay here again in the future!

This was my second stay at Positano and it was worth it. The space is beautiful and I enjoy the privacy of the space but you still have direct access to the beach. Perfect space for an intimate stay.

Absolutely stunning location. Very private, great beach, aqua water & stunning views. I would absolutely recommend Isle Blue and this location to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

Loved Isle Blue services provided quick response, very polite and detailed. Also, gave options for additional services that I needed, such as chef, transportation etc. Already recommended to friends and I will definitely be using them again in the future!

Isle Blue made our life too easy when choosing a place to stay in Turks & Caicos. Villa Positano, I hated to say goodbye! To say our time here was epic is an understatement! Second time here on the island and I know there will be many more to come. Word to the wise- spend a few days here at Sapodilla Bay, right in your own backyard. Time slows down and you learn to appreciate this life. Everything else can wait. No question that we will be working with Isle Blue again in the future - with their properties on Providenciales as well as their other locations in the Caribbean. They not only made the rental process seamless, but they were also incredibly kind and gave us contacts to a concierge service and boat tour companies on the island. Can not get any easier than that. It’s nice to know people who know people ? The biggest thanks to Isle Blue for making our experience unforgettable! -The Power Family

Positano villa was amazing. The one bedroom villa is large and very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and the rental is modern and well designed. The pool and outdoor space is private and there are even long chairs and umbrella on the beach with plenty of shade. The water is calm and the public beach is quiet. The villa also supplies a kayak and paddle board. The managers of the rental are very efficient and will answer your calls immediately. There is snorkeling around the pier and you can also see sea turtles and many other species of fish on a coral reef just about 100 feet from the pier where the red round buoy is located. My husband and I saw sea turtles every day including a large green turtle that weighed at least 150 pounds. I loved this vacation and plan to return without a doubt!

Villa Positano was a wonderful place to stay in the TCI. The Villa is situated nearly perfectly at one end of Sapodilla Bay with terrific views across the bay and beyond. The Villa was well appointed with higher end appliances, good cookware plenty of towels etc... We loved the multitude of balconies and places outside to relax and watch the tide go in and out. The bay is very shallow and very kid friendly--hence during the day there are a lot of families with kids on the beach. It is still very quiet by Grace Bay standards and Grace Bay is very quiet by Caribbean standards. Villa Positano is nearly perfect for one couple, I don't know that i would recommend for any more than that--a child could sleep on the pullout in the living area--but not ideal. A car is absolutely necessary.

The pictures of Villa Positano do not lie. The villa is very modern, from the architecture to the decor. But make no mistake, it was very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, and every inch of the villa was spotless. The views were wonderful from every vantage point. It was easy to find with dedicated parking. Sapodilla Bay is quiet, calm, and quite shallow fairly far out so paddle boarding and kayaking are easy and fun. There is a restaurant within walking distance but make sure you head to the other side of the island to enjoy all there is to offer. This is not a villa for young children, and if you have issues with stairs think twice. The stairs leading to the second story are narrow and stone covered so you need to take care. The management company is wonderful and friendly, always available to assist. We look forward to going back again.

Loved, loved, loved this villa!!! Great accommodations...super clean and modern. It had everything we needed. The beach was absolutely wonderful. The staff was great. Our paddle board was messed up, we called and that day they brought a new one...couldn't have asked for quicker or better service! We will definitely go back again!!!

Great staff...Great accommodations... clean... boutique style villa... awesome beach! Only suggestions would be heat the pool and put electric blinds on downstairs windows for nighttime privacy. This was my second stay and will go back again and again.

We stayed in the Positano villa on Sapodilla bay. It has everything for home comfort and no crowds, don't need to share your pool and very few people even cross the beach in front of the house. The photos online actually look like the place and the water there is calm enough for kids....if you want to bring them. We spent our 25th anniversary there and had a chef come cook. She said the kitchen was better stocked than other places she has been. If we had known how easy it would be to do a load of laundry we'd have packed much lighter. Security is good as it is a gated area.
