Upon your arrival at the airport, our welcoming staff will be eagerly waiting for you in the arrival hall, right before the Visa on Arrival counter. They will be holding a sign bearing your name, making it easy for you to spot them. As soon as you step off the plane, just a few steps away, our staff will kindly request your passport, arrival card, and money if you need to purchase a Visa on Arrival (priced at Rp.500.000,- for a 30-day stay).
Together with our staff, you will proceed directly to the passport control, bypassing the usual queues. Once through immigration, you will collect your luggage in a first-come, first-served manner. Our staff will then swiftly guide you through customs, ensuring a seamless process and helping you avoid any potential difficulties. Finally, they will accompany you to the designated pick-up zone of the airport, where you will be introduced to your driver or travel agent representative.

- Departure: Guests will be picked up at the lobby of their hotel or at their private villa, at the service time chosen at booking.
Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- No refund will be provided after reservation was confirmed.
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
