Each four-hour charter typically includes two to three stops. Every itinerary is customized according to guest interests, weather, sea conditions, and the captain’s recommendations.
Full-day charters provide the opportunity to fully immerse in the beauty of Providenciales (Provo) and its surrounding islands. Ideal for those wishing to venture farther, relax longer, and truly experience the charm of nearby islands, this option offers a complete and unhurried day on the water. Departures typically take place in the morning, between 8:00 and 9:00 am, allowing plenty of time for snorkeling, island visits, and stops at various attractions along the way.
Designed to create a truly memorable experience for families and friends, full-day charters include snorkeling gear, a gourmet lunch, and refreshing drinks. Additional options can be arranged upon request, such as a Jet ski or Seabob, allowing the day to be customized to individual preferences.
Sunset cruises* are ideal for those looking to enjoy a relaxing couple of hours on the water, accompanied by ocean breezes and refreshing drinks. The route is set along the side of the island that offers the best views of the sun dipping below the horizon.
It’s a perfect way to end the day and create lasting memories with friends. Hearty snacks (meat and cheese tray and fresh fruit) are provided to enjoy while relaxing, socializing, and listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean.
*Sunset Cruises are not designed to leave time for Snorkeling or Swimming.
*The standard sunset cruise includes heavy snacks rather than a sit-down dinner. For a full dinner-cruise experience, please indicate your request in the Additional Requests field at the time of booking. Meal selection is complimentary and included in the rate. To ensure we cater to your preferences, we kindly request that you make your meal selection at the time of booking or provide your choices at least 48 hours prior to the charter date. Our meals are served in a family-style setting, meaning the portions are not individually portioned per person. You have the option to choose 2-3 main courses and 3 side dishes from our menu. Any additional selections beyond this allocation may incur an additional cost per item.

- Transfers are not included. Meeting point is at Turtle Cove Marina. Check out the map for the precise location. The easiest thing we say is Turtle Cove Marina and you will meet a crew member in front of Mango Reef. Give them a call on your way so Andrea can meet you there!
- Please arrive 15 min earlier.
- Bring: Coral Safe Sunscreen (not aerosol), Towels, Phone for Music if you like to select the playlist, Camera, Sunglasses, Hat, Cash for Gratuity (Gratuity may also be paid via Venmo or by payment card)

- Charter is family-friendly and welcomes infants and children. Age-appropriate life jackets are available, and children must remain supervised by an adult.
- You dont need to be a strong swimmer to snorkel. Snorkel vests and life jackets are available, and professional crew will help guests feel comfortable. Participation in water activities is always optional and each person assumes responsibility for their own
- This experience requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund
- For Jet Ski: Guests must be 13 years or older to ride independently.
- Once the vessel has departed the dock, the charter is considered fully rendered unless a major mechanical failure or other serious event prevents the trip from continuing. If guests choose to return early due to illness or a change of plans, no prorated refund will be provided for unused charter time, food, or beverages.
- Guests are encouraged to enjoy the included refreshments responsibly.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
