The Oistins Fish Market sells the catch of the day, and every Friday and Saturday night locals and visitors alike flock to the town for the weekly Fish Fry that offers local music and a taste of authentic Bajan cooking. History Buffs
The Garrison Historic Area is the most intact 18th/19th British garrison complex in the world and one of the most important historic sites within the Caribbean region. Containing a very high proportion of its original historic plant, with an astounding level of authenticity, the area is now internationally recognized as part of the ‘Historic Bridgetown and it Garrison’ World Heritage site.
