Guests who are not residing in the Hotel, are offered spa services between the hours of 9am to 2pm to depart the spa by 3:00pm Low/High Season. Closed to public Dec 20 - Jan 4th. There are no day passes available during this time.
Your treatment with us is enhanced by our wonderful complimentary Heat and Cold Facilities. Our facilities include: Sauna, Steam Room, Warm Experience Showers, Hydrotherapy Pool, Cold Showers, Cold Room.
We also have a Relaxation Room with soothing spa music to calm the mind and rejuvenate the soul. We advise that you bring your swim wear as the area is a unisex, adult only environment 16 years and over. Our Fitness Center and main hotel pool are reserved for our resident guests only.
We recommend that you arrive at least 45 minutes or more which would allow sufficient time to change and take full advantage of our facilities. Appointments begin promptly at the scheduled time. In the event of late arrival, your appointment will be shortened to facilitate the next appointment.
Cancellations are accepted up to four hours or more prior to the start of your appointment to avoid incurring any charges. If a cancellation is made within four hours or less to the start of the treatment, a 50% charge is applied. If you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged in full. Charges may be settled via cash or credit cards (VISA, American Express or Master Card) - please note that Personal Cheques and Debit Cards are not accepted.
