Expected food and beverage budget

The average daily grocery budget per adult ranges from $60 to $80 per day, while preteens typically require $25 to $30 per day. These amounts are subject to variation based on market prices and specific menu choices. If you desire items like shrimp, lobster, imported beef, or large quantities of other foods, the estimated budget will increase accordingly. For your convenience, your cook will purchase the initial few meals, pantry essentials, and a modest selection of beverages, such as a few bottles of Red Stripe, reasonably priced wine, and rum. Additional alcohol requests will impact your budget accordingly. Should you prefer to accompany your cook to the various markets, you are more than welcome. Alternatively, you can simply discuss your preferences and dislikes with the cook, who will handle all the shopping while you relax at the villa.

Paying for the Provisioning

At the end of the week, the chef will provide a provisioning bill that includes receipts. Payment needs to be made in cash with US Dollars. Credit cards are not accepted. Advanced payment may be coordinated. Please contact your assigned concierge to assist with coordinating payment.
