Cancelation Policy
Services cancelled with at least 48 hours of prior notice will not be charged. For services cancelled with at least 24 hour notice, a 50% of the total will be charged. Services cancelled on the same day or without notice will be fully charged.
In compliance with COVID precautionary measures, the therapists will wear face masks and use disinfectant during each service. Guests are also required to bring their own and wear them in a proper fashion. Guests are required to be in a good health condition in order to receive the massage/treatment (no fever or symptoms of sickness, no injuries, no alcohol/drugs intoxication). The therapists reserve the right to provide services to guests who don’t follow these measures, and, penalty fees range from 50%-100% of the rates for the scheduled services.
