For the arrival service, please select the date and time that aligns with your flight's arrival. During the booking process, please enter your flight's arrival time. If the exact time isn't available, choose the closest option. Rest assured that transfer companies and their drivers regularly monitor flights, so they will be informed about your expected arrival time.
Departure Airport Transfers
The process differs slightly for the departure service. When determining the pick-up time for your departure, you need to consider the travel time from your accommodation to the airport, as well as the time required for airport procedures. The necessary arrival time varies depending on the airline and specific airport, typically ranging from 1 hour and 30 minutes to 3 hours before your departure. As a general recommendation, it's advisable to book the departure airport service at least 2 hours and 30 minutes before your scheduled departure time. The time you enter during your booking is the time the driver will pick you up.
Additionally, please be mindful of the required check-out time from your accommodation. The departure pick-up time cannot be scheduled later than the check-out time. If you have been granted a late check-out, please indicate that in the additional request box.
