ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! You cannot get a better location- swimming in the infinity pool on the beach was memorizing! The staff- especially Cindy- tended to all of our needs with professionalism and kindness. I would change nothing- highly recommend!

Villa Carisa is absolutely STUNNING. The villa is exactly as it appears in the photos and really exceeded our expectations. The decor is minimalistic and makes the villa feel so peaceful. We were greeted by the wonderful housekeeper, Cindy, who gave us the grand tour and allowed us to pick our bedroom (since we only reserved one). She was so kind and answered all of our questions, as well as entertained our "ooh"s and "ahh"s as we walked around the property. We did not feel the need nor want to really leave the villa. We made breakfast and lunch at the home every day and ate out only once- otherwise we got takeout for dinner and brought it back to eat at the outdoor dining table. You cannot beat the views at Carisa! Cindy gave us flexibility with her schedule, allowing us to let her know if a certain time was better for her daily cleaning. She kept the villa looking beautiful and always asked to make sure we were doing well and did not need anything. Also- the property is very secure. You have to be let into the gated Baie Rouge Residences community by a guard and then the home itself has a gate, which opens with a clicker, which you are provided, or may be opened from inside the house if you are home. We felt very safe and secluded, which was what we wanted for this vacation. You will have the most magical time in Saint Martin if you stay at Villa Carisa! It absolutely was the best vacation we have ever been on.

As always, we had an amazing experience in St. Martin. The house was perfect, the staff was lovely and thorough, and the weather on the island was dependably ideal. We left looking forward to our next visit!

" Perfect – Relaxing Vacation My wife and I have visited the Caribbean before and stayed in upscale resorts. We even rented Villa Carisa for 8 days in 2017, just before Hurricane Irma. After some new research we decided to revisit Villa Carisa in mid-June. What can we say other than – spectacular and extraordinary. The pictures on the web site are accurate but they do not truly capture the quality of the villa or the beauty of the setting. Walking into the villa is a breathtaking experience. You have heard of infinity pools, well Villa Carisa has an “infinity living room.” The view of the bright blue water is magnificent. As described in the materials, the villa has a stunning pool and jacuzzi. The sound system is awesome. The kitchen is well equipped. We ate EVERY meal during our seven day stay outside under the gazebo. We knew the beach was going to be secluded but, in many ways, it seemed that we had our own private one-mile beach. The Baie Rouge sand is soft and there are large rocks on the beach at the entrance to the water, but there was more sand this year than in 2017 and many of the rocks were covered. Fortunately, there is a 100–200-yard stretch of pure sand right in front of Carisa which made easy access to the beautiful blue water. We had also heard concerns about seaweed in the Caribbean. Not to worry, the water was pristine. Finally, we found a great place right in front of the villa to snorkel, which we visited many-many times, with lots of brightly colored fish. We walked the beach several times each day. We also visited several other beaches on the island but always found Baie Rouge to be our favorite. We did find seaweed at Orient Beach. We went grocery shopping a few times to make sure we had all the food and drink we needed for our visit. We also used the St. Martin Blue website to order meal delivery to the villa. It was the perfect way to have gourmet food on a beautiful beach with the best views on the island under the gazebo at our villa. We especially liked the Paella Valenciana. Thank you to all who made our stay so very extraordinary: Cindy, the delightful housekeeper, and a wonderful concierge team. Villa Carisa is the top property on St. Martin for two to four guests. We give it the highest possible recommendation. We look forward to visiting again for what we are sure will be another perfect vacation.

House is great. Beach is great and very quiet. There are no lounge chairs in the beach. The jacuzzi and showers get warm but never hot. The food to the room is just average, there’s an outside food delivery service that offer many restaurant options. Family room cushions are very hard and not comfortable. On a rain day we asked Daggi where to go and she sent us to Marigot. Not a good place for shopping or restaurants and surrounded by the ghetto. We heard Orient Beach and Ansel Marcel are better places to visit.

This was a perfect villa for our needs this trip but was too pricey for us to use it more often. We did not care for the brand of toiletries provided in the villa and ended up using our own. The maid's arrival times were erratic.

Every house we have ever stayed at in the St. Martin Blue collection has exceeded expectations and our 2021 experience was no exception. The house was in mint condition, service was flawless and when we had a problem (of our own making), our on-island concierge swooped in and took care of the issue. The professionalism and dedication to customer service represents hospitality at its finest--something ever rarer these days and therefore all the more precious. We are already looking forward to our next visit to St. Martin.
Carisa was the perfect house for our family--the beach setting and fabulous views made for an ultra-relaxing visit. We ordered groceries to the house and cooked at home every evening, enjoying the sea-views as we dined. It was a perfect escape--especially during a pandemic. We can't wait to come back.

"Isle Blue was a pleasure to work with leading up to and during our recent vacation to Saint Martin. This was our first time booking with Isle Blue and our expectations were far exceeded. We booked very last minute (within a week of departure) and our experience was virtually seamless. We initially reached out about a villa in Turks and Caicos but were informed that the villa was not available. Rob helped us continue looking and promptly reserved the villa we chose in Saint Martin. We had the best time and loved having an on-island concierge that could help coordinate chef service, dinner reservations, and Covid testing on-site. I would recommend Isle Blue to anyone looking to have a luxurious Caribbean vacation!

The Villa Carisa was perfect for us. The villa, the grounds, the pool and spa, and the proximity of the beach were wonderful! We thoroughly enjoyed our two-week stay.
