Villa Carisa St Martin. The fabulous villa Carisa on St Martin is the perfect place for a romantic getaway. Located on the elite Baie Rouge Beach in the highly sought after St Martin, Villa Carisa offers everything you could possibly need to make your Caribbean retreat an unforgettable one.

This contemporary styled delivers breathtaking views of the shimmering blue sea of the Caribbean and the stunning tropical island of Anguilla, making this the perfect honeymoon retreat or elegant couple's getaway.

This luxurious St Martin villa has all the gorgeous features of a high end vacation villa. There is the state of the art kitchen, fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to make a mouth-watering gourmet meal, including a fabulous dishwasher, modern refrigerator, a microwave, a gas oven and an ice-maker, perfect for a cool drink as you chill under the hot, Caribbean sun. Then there is the spacious living, dining and study areas and just outside, there are the fabulous terraces, allowing every guest to have the opportunity to overlook the expansive, shimmering blue swimming pool which actually has it's very own poolside bar area for entertaining your guests, a giant courtyard with a beautiful pond.

The two beautifully appointed, equally sized bedrooms are situated around the shimmering blue pool and feature over-the-top luxuries like remote control shades, pop-up TVs and high end mattresses. Both have ensuite baths and king size beds. The first bedroom has a private courtyard, while the other provides dramatic ocean views. A comfortable home theater has a 60-inch TV and a DVD player, and WiFi Internet access is available throughout the villa. Not to mention there is the media room, pool, jacuzzi and high end audio system. A top quality audio system provides music that can be heard from the gazebo, the heated Jacuzzi and pool, and from every room in the air-conditioned home.

This luxurious St Martin villa has all the extra features that make this villa an extremely popular choice. Best of all, the beach and the sparkling water of Baie Rouge is just outside your door.

This was a perfect villa for our needs this trip but was too pricey for us to use it more often. We did not care for the brand of toiletries provided in the villa and ended up using our own. The maid's arrival times were erratic.

Every house we have ever stayed at in the St. Martin Blue collection has exceeded expectations and our 2021 experience was no exception. The house was in mint condition, service was flawless and when we had a problem (of our own making), our on-island concierge swooped in and took care of the issue. The professionalism and dedication to customer service represents hospitality at its finest--something ever rarer these days and therefore all the more precious. We are already looking forward to our next visit to St. Martin.
Carisa was the perfect house for our family--the beach setting and fabulous views made for an ultra-relaxing visit. We ordered groceries to the house and cooked at home every evening, enjoying the sea-views as we dined. It was a perfect escape--especially during a pandemic. We can't wait to come back.

"Isle Blue was a pleasure to work with leading up to and during our recent vacation to Saint Martin. This was our first time booking with Isle Blue and our expectations were far exceeded. We booked very last minute (within a week of departure) and our experience was virtually seamless. We initially reached out about a villa in Turks and Caicos but were informed that the villa was not available. Rob helped us continue looking and promptly reserved the villa we chose in Saint Martin. We had the best time and loved having an on-island concierge that could help coordinate chef service, dinner reservations, and Covid testing on-site. I would recommend Isle Blue to anyone looking to have a luxurious Caribbean vacation!
Villa Carisa is absolutely STUNNING. The villa is exactly as it appears in the photos and really exceeded our expectations. The decor is minimalistic and makes the villa feel so peaceful. We were greeted by the wonderful housekeeper, Cindy, who gave us the grand tour and allowed us to pick our bedroom (since we only reserved one). She was so kind and answered all of our questions, as well as entertained our "ooh"s and "ahh"s as we walked around the property. We did not feel the need nor want to really leave the villa. We made breakfast and lunch at the home every day and ate out only once- otherwise we got takeout for dinner and brought it back to eat at the outdoor dining table. You cannot beat the views at Carisa! Cindy gave us flexibility with her schedule, allowing us to let her know if a certain time was better for her daily cleaning. She kept the villa looking beautiful and always asked to make sure we were doing well and did not need anything. Also- the property is very secure. You have to be let into the gated Baie Rouge Residences community by a guard and then the home itself has a gate, which opens with a clicker, which you are provided, or may be opened from inside the house if you are home. We felt very safe and secluded, which was what we wanted for this vacation. You will have the most magical time in Saint Martin if you stay at Villa Carisa! It absolutely was the best vacation we have ever been on.

Common Questions

Do we share the villa? click to close

No. You will not share the villa with another party. The villa is exclusively yours. If a larger villa offers a lower bedroom rate category, the villa will remain exclusively yours but the unrented bedrooms will be locked off.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.

Are we protected from fraud? click to open

Yes. Isle Blue stands behind you throughout your entire vacation. Unlike other companies, each property we offer has been hand picked to ensure that our standards are met. All property managers are vetted and payments are required to be held in escrow. Our primary obligation is to ensure your satisfaction and to have an exceptionally memorable vacation.

Can you explain the reservation process? click to open

Once a reservation request is received, Isle Blue will request a contract from the property manager for your dates of interest. Once the dates are confirmed and contract is received from the property manager, a payment will be required to confirm your reservation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, a concierge will welcome you to the planning stages of your vacation to assist with arrival logistics, rental cars, transfers, and a host of concierge services.

Can we arrange an early check in? click to open

Early check in may be possible but is at the sole discretion of the property manager. Early check in permission may not be granted until 24 hours prior to arrival.

Can we arrange a late check out? click to open

A late check out is rarely granted due to the turnover needs of a villa. A late check out may only be granted 24 hours prior to your departure from the property and only when there is no check in scheduled on the day of your check out. If a late check out is urgently needed please contact us.

Are transfers to the property included? click to open

Select villas may include a one way or roundtrip airport transfer while others may provide an escort or meeting point. Arrival logistics will be handled by your dedicated concierge as well as other concierge needs. The property's transfer policy will be listed under the Policies section.

What to expect upon arrival? click to open

In general, a villa orientation will be provided along with a key turnover. During the orientation, information and instructions for the property will be provided. Emergency contact information will be provided. We are available 7 days a week to assist with any urgent needs.
The arrival procedures vary from villa to villa, select villas may include welcome provisioning while other properties will provide basic arrival information.

Since these vacation homes are one of a kind properties, the cancellation policy is strict. We highly recommend considering trip/travel insurance to protect against any unexpected cancellations or issues that may arise.

What happens if the property becomes unavailable after I reserve? click to open

In the unlikely event, the rented property becomes unavailable due to a major issue that may affect a guest's experience or a transfer of ownership, Isle Blue will coordinate with the property manager to find an alternate property of equal or superior standard that is subject to the guest's approval. If an alternate property is not acceptable to the guest, the guest will receive a full refund.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards. American Express, Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted. Please note that credit card charges may be subject to additional fees. There are no fees with payment by wire transfer or check.
In the near future, we expect to accept a greater variety of payment methods and currencies via Stripe.

Is housekeeping included? click to open

Housekeeping tends to be a standard among vacation homes but the frequency may vary greatly depending on the property manager’s standards. Most properties will offer daily housekeeping (except Sunday and holidays) while other villas may only provide a mid-week cleaning. Please refer to the Staff section to learn about the housekeeping frequency of the property.

Are towels and linens provided? click to open

Yes. The property will provide bath and pool towels along with linens. Towels and linens will be refreshed as needed.

Are toiletries and tissues provided? click to open

A property may supply an initial supply of soap, shampoo, toilet paper and paper towels but replenishment of supplies once exhausted may be the responsibility of the guest. Each property varies in their handling of toiletries and paper products.

Is a hair dryer available? click to open

A hair dryer should be available at the property. Upon arrival, please check the bathrooms or closet. Typically, a hair dryer is included in each bathroom.

Is an iron included? click to open

Typically yes, irons tend to be standard equipment for vacation homes. Please ask the property representative upon orientation for the location of the iron.

Rent a villa for 7 nights or more with a minimum weekly rate of $8000 and receive a complimentary rental car.

A Hyundai I10 is provided with an option to upgrade the car model for an additional charge.

Gas, taxes and insurance are excluded. Guest is responsible for returning the car to the airport office of the rental car company at the end of the stay or paying a pick-up fee. Upon villa confirmation, a redeemable promo code will be sent to the guest.
