Our St Martin guests can arrange a host of chef or catering options for private dining at their villa. We offer three primary options.
Option 1- Private Chef Service
For Daily Service
The Gourmet Personal Chef experience offers a highly experienced French chef that provides daily chef services at your St Martin villa. The services of the chef include shopping and provisioning, food prep, menu planning, service and cleaning.
Pricing
One meal per day $200
Two meals per day $300
Three meals per day $350
Rates subject to 4% tax.
The service needs to be reserved for a minimum of 5 days. Price based on up to 6 people. Additional persons are $35 per day extra. Children under 10 will be charged half price. Includes shopping, food preparation, menu planning, cuisine, and kitchen cleaning. Service charge additional. Ingredients and cost of desired groceries are additional. Holidays: Add $100 per day to the chef service price for peak holidays (Dec 15th-Jan 15th). An initial advanced provisioning deposit ($45 per adult per day and $25 per child per day) will be required. Provisioning balances will be settled on island with the chef. Option 2-Prix Fixe Menu
Brunch and Dinner Options- For the occasional meal
Bring St Martin's world class cuisine into the privacy of your vacation villa. The gourmet cuisine menu option allows for guests to have a private chef prepare and serve a meal of the highest standards at the privacy of your villa or vacation rental on St Martin/St Maarten. Choose from a range of preselected options for an impressive lunch or dinner. Table service by the chef is included. For groups of 6 or more, a waiter will be provided at no extra charge. Gourmet Cuisine menus must be pre-booked at least 24 hours in advance. A $50 surcharge will apply for parties less than 4 people. A government tax of 4% will be added to the final bill. Gratuities are not included in the pricing.

Option 3- Gourmet Meal Delivery
Casual meals at your villa for lunch and dinner
The gourmet meal delivery provides delivery of exquisite meals prepared by gourmet chefs. Select from a vast array of menus. The preparation will be carried out in professional kitchens and delivered to you directly whether the event is a small family gathering or a large event. Select from a variety of menu samples. Must be ordered at least 48 hours prior to meal time.

Gourmet Butler Service
Hire a butler for the occasion or for the day on St Martin/St Maarten. The Gourmet butler service offers personalized service at your villa or vacation accommodation on St Martin. The butler allows you to relax and recharge in style and meet your every whim. $30 per hour with a 3 hour minimum.
