Excellent service! Driver kept in touch with us and tracked our flight so was aware that we actually arrived early and we were able to adjust our pickup time. Vehicle was very nice clean and comfortable and the driver was professional and helpful!

Incredible service. They were able to give us literally everything we needed on a moments notice including transportation. The chef was super talented and friendly and would make us random snacks throughout the day. The villa looked better then it did online and they keep it clean. I think this is a perfect spot for a fun getaway with a group of friends and would recomend to anyone looking to do so.

Villa Mermaid was very nice. The rooms were great, there was nothing we could ask for that wasn’t there. The owners of the property were very responsive and provided great information about the area. We felt well taken care of

Eddie at Isle Blue was efficient and easy to book our reservation. The administrative process was a bit cumbersome and repetitive with a lot of emails and information to sift through.

The view is truly stunning, priceless, and the main reason to stay here. You can easily lose track of time staring out at the sea for hours. The beach is terrific, with excellent sand and clear, gentle water. It a short walk through the backyard and down a dune. The property is as pictured, although it shows more wear and tear than the photos suggest. Housekeeping did a great job during our stay. Unfortunately, a significant ant and insect problem materially impacted our stay and was very difficult to overlook. It was nearly impossible to keep insects out of the kitchen. We also found them in the bedroom wing. At one point, ants got into a vacuum-sealed package of Sicilian olives that we had purchased to bring home. We are still dealing with insect bites 10 days after our stay. The house likely needs comprehensive fumigation and a much stronger ongoing pest-control program; otherwise, it is difficult to enjoy the indoor-outdoor living that should be one of the property’s greatest strengths. We noted this to the property manager upon departure, but I am not sure how it can be controlled. The home is also relatively lightly equipped compared with other houses we have rented. There was little pool or beach gear (e.g. one beach chair for the entire property), so we went to the store to purchase beach chairs and pool floats. It was also light on towels and other basic supplies typically found at this price point. The furniture is functional, both indoors and out, but the home would benefit from more comfortable places to settle in, stretch out, and spend time enjoying the views. The location, views, and beach are exceptional. With a serious improvement in pest control, this would have been a wonderful experience.

Lovely villa that we enjoyed very much. Great location at 5 minutes walk to the Pile Gate entrance into Old City Dubrovnik and great views of the Old City from the villa. Pool was very enjoyable. The 115 steps to get up to the villa were doable with porter assistance for luggage. Would definitely recommend Villa Agape.

My family and I stayed at the Riviera Villa (on the beach) and it was absolutely amazing!!!! We celebrated my 70th birthday, which turned out to be a "once in a lifetime experience!!" The villa is large, spacious, and beautiful! It provided our family with plenty of room to gather and create "new memories." It was also spacious enough for us to have alone time if needed. It's important to include everyone who helped to make this trip a huge success! Sarah, who patiently helped me step by step with the contract and then introduced me to my concierge, Mary who without a doubt, provided excellent service! Mary promptly answered all my questions and followed-up with me on outstanding issues. It's also important to mention this was over a period of more than six months of planning. Ms. Katy, the home host, who took care of our needs once we arrived, was a delight! It was clear to my family and I that her heart is in what she does and we are very grateful for the amount of effort she put in to make our stay an experience never to be forgotten! Our Island Concierge, Daggi, was wonderful and quite attentive to our needs. All of this equals five stars and I have already recommended Isle Blue to friends interested in planning their next milestone events. The company is top notch in the services they provide to make sure an amazing experience is had!!

We were at the property in February. The master bedroom had bed bugs! My husband and I both had multiple bites on our legs. Whatever portion of our skin not covered, legs, arms, elbows, were riddled with bites. We were a party of 5 and nobody else had this experience. We addressed the issue with the house manager and were told they were bites from the sand or from sitting on the wall. Like I said, nobody had this issue but us! We all sat on the wall at some point. The only difference was the fact that my husband and I slept in the master bed! It was truly a dissapointment!

Isle Blue (St. Martin Blue) made our group vacation in July 2026 a total WIN! We stayed at Esprit de la Mer. The villa was everything we dreamed it would be and 100% as pictured. The position on the cliff is second to none and you have an almost 360 views around the island. Easy walk down the road to the beach and easy drive to restaurants. The open-air kitchen was amazing, and the bedrooms are well appointed, and all 5 rooms have private baths. The outdoor space is perfect for lounge days by the pool. There is a powder room right by the pool which is very convenient. The inside gathering room with air conditioning was a good place to watch TV and play cards. We had a group of 10, and everyone had enough space. The villa offers daily housekeeping and Rose our housekeeper was a gem! We had contact with our concierge and house manager via text and they were attentive to all our needs. This villa is all you need for a great stay on St. Martin, you will not be disappointed! I also can't say enough about the service from Isle Blue in the planning stages before our trip. Every question was answered and the ability to go onto the site and look at all the details was great. They were very easy to work with, and I am looking forward to using the again for another group trip in the future. Eddie the villa specialist and Mary the concierge was so helpful in the planning.
