Services are available from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Bookings before 8:00 am or after 6:00 pm are subject to an early/late fee of $25 per hour. Guests wishing to book early or late services should request this in advance and note it in the Additional Requests field at the time of booking.
The service is available to the public and can be booked by anyone.
Booking PolicyFull payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation PolicyCancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided. During the Festive Season (December 15 – January 15), all confirmed reservations are non-refundable and will be charged 100% in case of cancellation.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
