PLEASE NOTE: Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- Arrivals: The clients will be met when they exit the jet bride. The agents will have their names on a sign.
- Departures: The agent will be waiting for the guests curbside at the Airport, with signage bearing the client's name. Please give a courtesy call to the service provider at least 24 hours in advance to communicate about your departure time from your accommodation, so they are aware you are on your way to the airport.
Additional Notes:
- Arrivals and departures that take place or are completed between midnight and 6:00 am, will incur a supplemental cost of 50% of the contracted fast track rate.
- Executive Departure Lounge is open from 11am to 11pm.
- At the airport, you'll find individuals referred to as "red caps" who can help you with your luggage once you've gone through customs. This service isn't included in the fast-track option, so feel free to offer them a tip if you'd like.

- Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
