Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:- On arrival in Antigua, having cleared immigration, collected your luggage and cleared Customs, please proceed to exit. In the Arrival Hall a representative will meet you holding a sign with the vendor's name. From there you will be directed to the vendor's welcome desk, where you will be assisted and escorted to your onward transportation.
Additional Notes:Any services conducted or finalized between midnight and 6:00 am will result in an additional charge of 50% of the agreed service rate.
Baggage Allowance: Each person is permitted to bring 1 suitcase and 1 piece of hand luggage. If the baggage limit is exceeded, kindly ensure to reserve an additional luggage vehicle at an extra cost. Otherwise, the fee must be paid on-site.
The service is available to the public and can be booked by anyone.
Booking PolicyFull payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy- Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
