Private Airport Transfer
After you and your friends or family members have spent hours traveling to reach Antigua, you likely want to make the process of getting from the airport to your villa a simple one. The Private Airport Transfer – The Verandah is the perfect option. Instead of searching for the best method to reach your villa, you can choose pre-booked transport that takes you right to the door. Airport transfers are available for children and adults.
A group of up to four can travel from the airport to their villa for the same price, while additional guests will have an extra charge. Payments are accepted in several currencies or you can pay using major credit cards. Instead of more stress on a day of travel, book a transfer between 6 AM and midnight so you can get to your villa and start settling in.
Any transfers that take place between midnight and 6.00am will incur a supplemental cost of 50% of the contracted rates. Payable on site.
Arrival Instructions / What to Bring: - On arrival in Antigua, having cleared immigration, collected your luggage and cleared Customs, please proceed to exit. In the Arrival Hall a representative will meet you holding a sign with the vendor's name. From there you will be directed to the vendor's welcome desk, where you will be assisted and escorted to your onward transportation.
Additional Notes:
- Luggage Allowance: 1 suite and 1 piece of hand luggage per person.
- Extra luggage vehicle: If not pre-booked prior to arrival, this will be determined on arrival and will be charged directly to clients.
- Please note that 7-10 passengers vehicle can only accommodate luggage for up to 8 persons and therefore an additional luggage vehicle may be necessary.
Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided
- Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
For urgent after hour issues on confirmed reservations, please contact the service provider directly.
