Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- Guests will be picked up in front of their accommodation. For private tours expect to be picked up between 8:40 and 10:25. For Shared tours expect to be picked up between 8:30 and 10:15.

Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
