Every guest needs to read and sign the online waiver form BEFORE embark the boat. It is each guests responsibility to read and sign the waiver as guests will not be permitted onboard otherwise and will miss the trip.
Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
- Standard departures are from Tortola - Village Cay Marina, Soper's Hole or West End.
- Departures from out of Tortola (pick up fee applicable) - Scrub Island, Virgin Gorda, Oil Nut Bay, Little Dix Bay, Peter and Cooper Island, Jost Van Dyke.
- Precise arrival instructions will be given upon confirmed booking.
- Please arrive at the pickup point at least 15 minutes before the tour starts.
- Bring swimsuit, towel and non-spray sun lotion.
- Partner provide snorkelling gear, but if you prefer to use your own, please bring it with you.
Additional Notes:
- In case of light wind, the vessel will motor-sail to the destinations, allowing time for 2–3 snorkeling stops. Sailing will take place as much as wind conditions allow, while still ensuring a timely return to the dock.
- In the event of severe weather requiring the captain to cancel the trip, the charter will be rescheduled if possible or refunded. Squalls come and go quite quickly and partner do NOT cancel due to this.
- Rain policy: Any rain passes quickly so the boat will sail 'rain or shine'. There is a covered cockpit and an inside lounge area where you may sit, relax with a cocktail and wait out the rain. If the weather is questionable, please contact the partner to confirm is the boat still going out.
- Should your cruise ship cancel at any time due to mechanical failure or weather for example, we will issue you a full refund on your deposit.

Due to the nature of the activity, you’re requested to read the following information. Please ask if there’s anything you don’t understand or if you require any further information. The captain will deliver a detailed safety brief once you have boarded the catamaran for your own safety, and instruction on how to board, where to sit, location of safety equipment and instructions in the event of an emergency. Please ensure that you pay full attention.
Wearing a lifejacket is not mandatory on our trips and your captain will show you where they are located and how to use them.
Sailing is unsuitable for people with some medical conditions and all guests should be able to embark the catamaran and maneuver around the boat unaided. The ladders are 12" wide and guests must be able to pull themselves up out of the water. This activity is not suitable for guests with disabilities, epilepsy, any difficulty in walking, recent knee and/or shoulder surgery.
If you’re taking any medication that you feel may affect your ability to participate in this experience, with complete safety, please advise us of your circumstances prior to boarding and if we advise that you can participate safely, please ensure you have sufficient dosage with you for the minimum duration of the trip. If you have any concerns regarding any pre-existing injuries that may be affected in any way, please ensure your booking agent is advised prior to boarding the vessels.
Please remain seated whilst underway. If, at any time, you feel uncomfortable, experience any pain or feel any distress, please notify the captain immediately.
Children must be under the direct supervision of an adult in the charter party at all times and are not the responsibility of the crew. If the crew deem any undue behavior puts the boat/crew/guests in an unsafe situation, you are duly informed that the crew will stop the charter and return to port at your expense. Children are NOT permitted to run on the boat, jump on trampolines, walk/run/sit on the front glass covering, or open any cabin doors inside. Children are NOT permitted help themselves to the cooler without supervision from an adult in the charter party or a crew member. All children 9 and under must be escorted by an adult to walk from bow to stern and back when underway.
Partner does not accept responsibility for any property lost or damaged if brought with you aboard the catamaran. It is recommended that all valuables are left shore-side in the care of friends /relatives or in your car and any items brought aboard the vessel are entirely at your own risk.

Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 14 days of the scheduled sail and for NO SHOWS no refunds are provided. Cancellations more than 15 days before the scheduled sail will receive a full refund.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
