*Arrival: The taxi can pick up guests directly from STT Airport, or from a hotel/accommodation in St. Thomas if staying overnight, and transfer them to American Yacht Harbour, St. Thomas for the water taxi.
*Departure: The taxi will pick up guests at American Yacht Harbour, St. Thomas and transfer them to STT Airport.
Important:
Please note that the taxi ride from STT Airport to the dock at American Yacht Harbour takes approximately 25 minutes
Guests should allow at least 30 minutes for customs and immigration clearance
When clearing back from BVI into the USVI at Cruz Bay, St. John, there may be delays that can occasionally take up to 45 minutes

Additional Notes:If a transfer is cancelled due to weather and the vessel does not leave the base, guests will receive a full refund.
For arrival delays, the partner will wait for guests and accommodate where possible. If a flight is delayed beyond 5:30 PM, guests will be required to stay overnight at a hotel in St. Thomas, and the partner will arrange pick-up the following morning. The partner can assist with hotel arrangements if needed.
Please also note that pets are not permitted onboard, and the service is not wheelchair accessible.
