Fast track - Arrival Experience:
From the moment guests step off the aircraft to the moment they are comfortably seated in their awaiting vehicle at the Suite entrance, a dedicated Concierge attends to every detail. Guests enjoy exceptional personalized service in a serene setting while being privately processed by an in-house Immigration & Customs team. The following services are available to further enhance the arrival experience:

Checked luggage transfer to the airport suite

Fast track - Departure Experience:
After booking access to the suite and completing check-in at the airline counter, guests are invited to proceed to the lounge. The following departure services are available to ensure a comfortable and seamless experience:
Private processing through our dedicated security checkpoint
Personal escort and introduction to the lounge facilities by our Concierge
Complimentary selection of hot and cold beverages, premium drinks, and snacks
Luxury golf cart transport for the short distance from the suite to the aircraft
Fast Track - Round Trip:
Guests can select the round trip option for an expedited arrival and departure for a completely hassle-free experience.

- Custom Levy Fee of USD 10 per person and the disbursement fee of USD 7.50 per person are not included in the price and are payable with cash directly on site (those fees apply to all guests aged 3 years and above)

Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:Arrival: Upon deplaning, guests should identify themselves to the Concierge positioned at the base of the aircraft stairs, displaying a “Trident Suite” sign.
Departure: Upon completing airline check-in, guests should proceed to the “Trident Suite” lounge.
Additional Notes:Bookings must be confirmed at least 48 Hours prior guests' scheduled arrival/departure.
For Departure: Check-in for international flights starts 2 hours before the scheduled departure. We suggest at least 1 hour prior to departure.

Booking PolicyFull payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation PolicyCancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
