Arrival Instructions / What to Bring:
Arrival: Upon deplaning, guests should identify themselves to the Concierge positioned at the base of the aircraft stairs, displaying a “Trident Suite” sign.
Departure: Upon completing airline check-in, guests should proceed to the “Trident Suite” lounge.
Additional Notes:
Bookings must be confirmed at least 48 Hours prior guests' scheduled arrival/departure.
For Departure: Check-in for international flights starts 2 hours before the scheduled departure. We suggest at least 1 hour prior to departure.
Arrival Fees (Immigration Charge of USD 20 per person, Custom Levy Fee of USD 10 per person and the disbursement fee of USD 7.50 per person) are not included in the price and are payable with cash directly on site to the provider

Booking Policy
Full payment is required at reservation.
Booking needs to be made at least 48 hours in advance.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policy: 20% is non-refundable upon booking. For cancellations within 7 days of the service/activity, no refunds are provided.
Change requests: Reservation changes after a service/activity is confirmed is subject to a $35 change fee.
