This meticulously designed apartment accommodates up to 14 guests across six exquisite bedrooms. Ideal for two families or a group of friends, Chalech 4 offers luxurious accommodations and fantastic wellness facilities in a prime location.
Spanning three floors, all accessible by stairs and a lift, the apartment’s top level hosts the main living area. This open-plan space includes a lounge, dining area, and kitchen. Clean lines and sharp edges create a contemporary, somewhat masculine aesthetic, softened by rich textiles and vibrant accents. A plush green velvet sofa anchors the living room, providing the perfect spot to unwind while enjoying breathtaking alpine views through floor-to-ceiling windows. The village of Lech is beautifully illuminated at night, with a surreal mountain backdrop. Natural light floods the room during the day, and guests can step out onto the terrace to bask in the spring sunshine. A wood-burning stove in the corner of the living area completes the scene for ideal post-ski relaxation.
Adjacent to the living area is the dining space, where a table comfortably seats ten guests. Overlooking this area is a sleek, modern kitchen equipped with everything needed for meal preparation and ample storage space.
The top floor also houses the master en-suite bedroom, a luxurious retreat featuring a stand-alone tub in the center of the room, a spacious shower, and his-and-hers sinks. A separate WC is accessible from both the bedroom and the hallway.
Descending one floor, you’ll find three spacious double bedrooms, each with its unique design flair. All three are en-suite, with shower rooms, and one also includes a bathtub. Two of the bedrooms have access to a shared balcony, and all three feature mounted TVs and large wardrobes.
On the lower floor, you'll discover two additional bedrooms, a media room, and a lavish spa area. One bedroom is a double with an en-suite bathroom and separate shower, complete with a TV and ample cupboard space. The final bedroom is a quad bunk room with a dedicated shower room nearby. The cozy media room, with its L-shaped sofa, large screen TV, and fridge, provides an ideal retreat for tired kids or a family movie night.
The spa area is a standout feature of this spectacular property, offering a sauna, hammam, and relaxation area—perfect for soothing tired muscles or rejuvenating the mind and body. While available for advanced requests, the concierge team connects with guests 30 days prior to arrival to coordinate arrivals and to reserve desired services and experiences. Guests with scheduled Christmas/New Year stays will be contacted 90 days prior to arrival.
For example, a 5 bedroom villa that offers a 3 bedroom rate will be the exclusive use of the guest but two bedrooms and their en-suite bathrooms will be locked off. Capacity is capped at 2 guests per bedroom.
