The residence also boasts fabulous shared facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, spa, hammam, sauna and a treatment room.

With a cosy open fireplace, neutral hues and moss green accents, the living area has a tranquil and welcoming atmosphere. The elegant dining area comfortably seats six guests with the atmospheric lighting adding to the glamour of the space. The modern open plan kitchen is well equipped to cater for the most sophisticated dinner party.
There are three well appointed twin/double bedrooms, each finished to the same exemplary standard. The first twin/double bedroom is towards to the front of the property and has an en-suite bathroom with separate shower and access to the balcony shared with the living area. The views from this balcony are outstanding, you have a view across the village and towards the mountains in the distance. There are a further two of the twin/double bedrooms both with en-suite shower rooms and access to the balcony that looks across to the slopes behind.
Brunnenhof 12 is ideally located only a ten-minute walk from the centre of the village and a six-minute walk from the nearest lift, that will take you up and onto the slopes within minutes. If you are an experienced skier, you can ski back to the apartment, as it is located only a few hundred metres from the piste.
The apartment has one parking space.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom with a king-size bed (can be made up as 2 single beds), TV, access to balcony and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, shower, double vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 2: Bedroom with a king-size bed (can be made up as 2 single beds), TV, access to balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
Bedroom 3: Bedroom with a king-size bed (can be made up as 2 single beds), TV, access to balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower, vanity and WC. 2 guests maximum.
From the 1st of April 2021 onwards if the Client must cancel their booking with us due to COVID-19 CLOSURE the Clients will have the following options:
- a) If the Property is available the following season the Clients can postpone their reservation to the same Property for the following season at the same service level, for the same period or equivalent period at no additional charge.
- b) If the Property is available the following season, receive a credit to the value of their original booking to stay at the same Property at any point over the next 18 months where the credit can be used against that stay (no refund will be provided if the credit is not used in full and it can only be used against the accommodation and services costs) e.g. if the value of the original booking was 10,000 for a March week and the Clients wish to book the Christmas week which is 20,000 the Clients would be required to pay the balance.
- c) If the Property is no longer available, the Clients can then take the option to receive a credit for the value of their booking to stay with us at any other Property in our portfolio over the next 18 months (no refund will be provided if the credit is not used in full and it can only be used against the accommodation and services and excludes any 3rd party services).
- d) The client can also decide to receive a cash refund for their booking if the balance payment has been received. They would receive the full amount paid minus 25%.
